Baby Jayden started life as a popular Lee Middleton baby by Eva Helland called Baby Boo. I don't believe this sculpt has ever been made in medium skin tone, but I have seen it this way forever. I just adore this sculopt and the reborn that has come alive from it. Please browse through his pictures and I will describe his"rebirth" to you. Although I sometimes create babies from the same sculpts, they cannot be reproduced and each Azygous Kids baby is unique. I do special order babies, but already have several I am working on, so if you'd like an Azygous Kid right now, please bid on one here on ebay.

Jayden is so fun to dress and to pose. Of course, he is not meant to be a play toy, but a collectible, heirloom, meant to last for a long time.

I have truly fallen head over heels in love with this one. Jayden has hand painted, wispy eyebrows and beautiful hand rooted, soft, medium brown mohair. Jayden also has brown eyelashes to frame those beautiful blue/green Eyeco eyes. I have given him natural colored lips that have been sealed. His fingernails and toenails have been tipped in off-white and all were sealed with a sealer that won't yellow with time. I opened Jayden's nose very carefully, so he could breathe.

Jayden has full vinyl arms and legs. I kept his original body, and it is colored to match his skin. His body is weighted with poly pellets and has wonderful poly stuffing for cuddliness. Jayden can hold up his head if you are careful how you sit him. He still tumbles over occasionally.

Jayden's hair can be spritzed with no tangle spray or water and wrapped around your fingers for little curls or scrunched for that messed up look. It was meticulously hand rooted to look as though it is growing from his head. I love this mohair, it's VERY soft, and very stylable.

Jayden has a magnetic pacifier. He only uses it when he is tired and getting fussy. This should not be used around pacemakers or computers, so please let me know if you need it removed.

Jayden's Homecoming:

Jayden will arrive home to you wearing his darling little blue gown. He is all ready for bed. He will also bring along his Baby Cherokee one piece short outfit, his socks and Old Navy tennis shoes. He refuses to go anywhere without his pacifier yet, and his favorite stuffed horse. I will send him an extra diaper and his favorite blanket (not shown).

I feel so blessed by God to be able to create these incredibly "real" babies. I love creating them and I am anxious to share them with you. I have enjoyed real babies all my life and making these reborns seems is just a gift from God for me. I have been an artist for many years, painting with water colors and oils, so creating these small children is like painting on a 3D canvas. It is truly a gift from God. And, such fun!!!
