Baby Heidi began life as a Denise Pratt preemie baby from Bountiful Baby named Tayla. This ad is picture intense, so please browse through all the photos. Please enjoy, and as always, thanks for visiting the Azygous Kids Nursery.
Although I sometimes create babies from the same sculpts, they cannot be reproduced and each Azygous Kids baby is unique. I do special order babies, but already have several I am working on, so if you'd like an Azygous Kid right now, please bid on one here on ebay.
Heidi wears small preemie sized baby clothing. Heidi has 3/4 arms and legs for lots of dressing fun. She can wear summer outfits whenever it warms up again. Shee has a soft, doe-suede, jointed body made especially for her, and has totally painted with Genesis Heat set paints. She has off white tipped fingernails and toe-nails, just like a real baby's nails.
Heidi has hand painted eyebrows, and beautiful hand applied lashes in brown to match her micro rooted light brown mohair. She has gorgeous Serenity (deep blue) eyes made by Eyeco. Heidi is weighted with little glass pellets, poly pellets and stuffed with premium poly fiber only. No sand in this baby.

Heidi's Homecoming:
Heidi will come home in her tiny little Chicken Little Preemie outfit with the outfit and matching hat. She will bring along her favorite little bunny rabbit and her pacifier, of course. I will send her wrapped snuggly in a baby blanket, and will include an extra diaper for the ride. She wears her custom made name bracelet as well (not shown).
Heidi's homecoming will be via Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation and cost $20.00.
Heidi has a magnetic pacifier that should not be used around pacemakers or computers.

I feel so blessed by God to be able to create these incredibly "real" babies. I love creating them and I am anxious to share them with you. I have enjoyed real babies all my life and making these reborns is a gift from God for me. I have been an artist for many years, painting with water colors and oils, so creating these small children is like painting on a 3D canvas. It is truly a gift from God. And, such fun!!!
